Free shipping on orders $75+ — because showing up for yourself deserves a little reward.

Every piece is made to order, just for you — nothing sits on a shelf waiting. That means production takes a few days before it even ships (usually 2-5 business days), then it's in the hands of the carrier for another few days to reach you. We know waiting isn't always easy, but good things — the kind that actually mean something — are worth a little patience.

Returns: The "Something's Not Right" Policy

We want you to feel good in what you're wearing, every time. If something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, that one's on us — we'll make it right.

Here's how it works:

• Damaged or defective item? Full refund or replacement, no drama, no runaround
• You've got 30 days from delivery to reach out
• Item needs to be unused and in the condition it arrived
• Email us at cosmiczenergylove@gmail.com — a real person will actually respond, I promise.

Because each piece is made just for you, we're not able to accept returns for sizing or "changed my mind" — but if anything about your order isn't right, we're not going to leave you hanging. Just reach out.

We're one person building this with a lot of heart, not a faceless brand. If something's off, tell us. We'll figure it out together.
